    Abstract

In this paper, we investigate the relationship among social capital (structural capital, cognitive capital, and relational capital), creativity, and innovation performance for social enterprise. The findings demonstrated that structural capital and cognitive capital positively affect relational capital. Second, relational capital positively affects creativity. Third, creativity positively affects innovation performance. Therefore, since the success of social enterprise depends on the level of innovation performance, the managers should focus on improving social capital.
